Refund and Returns Policy for Bliss Balls
At Bliss Balls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility:
   – To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
   – Bliss Balls are food items and are perishable. Food items/perishable goods are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiating a Return:
   – To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 24 hrs of receiving your order.
   – Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Process:
   – Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
   – You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective.
Refund Process:
   – Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
   – If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days.
   – Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
   – If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or flavor, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
   – Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s).
Damaged or Defective Items:
   – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product.
   – We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items:
   – Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and perishable goods unless they arrive damaged or defective.
